Retail Property Project Manager

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating retail property projects from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints and quality standards;
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as IT, marketing, procurement, and business development teams to ensure compliance with brand standards and store opening schedules;
- Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts, and finished properties align with designers' and brand requirements;
- Overseeing tender processes, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates, while addressing site-related queries and managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project success;
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in retail fit-out or a related field;
- Total of 5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and site supervision;
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in architecture, interior design, or engineering from an accredited university;
- Knowledge of local processes and procedures related to landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.;
- Membership in a professional body;
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
