**Retail Project Manager Role Overview**

Are you an expert in retail property projects? Do you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight timelines and budget constraints?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of retail property projects from conception to completion.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards, quality, and timeliness.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage suppliers, designers, and fit-out contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with brand standards and store opening schedules.
  • Oversee tender processes, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address site-related queries and manage renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail fit-out, with a total of 5 years of experience in architecture, interior designing, and site supervision.
  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or any engineering major from an accredited university.
  • Knowledge of local processes and procedures related to landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.
  • Membership in a professional body is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
