About the Role

LUXASIA is a leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, with a successful track record of enabling market entry and brand growth for over 100 luxury beauty brands. As a Product Executive, you will play a critical role in developing, planning, and executing marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to support and achieve sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel & Retail Marketing
    • Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan, including promotion, animation, communication, partnerships, and consumer activations.
    • Ensure timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online.
    • Analyze potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing, and promotions.
    • Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan, and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans, and activations.
    • Deepen channel customer development through New User program activations.
  • Product Management
    • Consolidate and update regional team of post-campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis monitoring.
    • Responsible for all free goods management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.
    • Manage and track the flow of product registration in Singapore to ensure timely registration.
    • Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors' moves, and plan proactive actions.
    • Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with VM, sales, and training teams.
    • Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up, and action plan development.
    • Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plan (events and promotions).
    • Budget Management: Responsible for full A&P management.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Includes routine administrative duties such as vendor/PO creation and others as briefed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Business/Marketing.
  • Preferable with minimum 2 years of product or marketing experience.
  • Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, strong in Excel (pivot table, vlookup).
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers.
  • Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
  • Proven track sales record in a target-driven environment.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful and creative with a positive can-do attitude.
