Job Title

Assistant Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient running of the hotel's front desk and ensuring a flawless guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with the Operations Managers to achieve our goals.

You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including managing bookings, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.

As a Coach and Guide, you will also be responsible for developing and training team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with other business units to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in 5-star hotel
  • Possess excellent communications, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform independently and as well as a good team player
  • Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
