**Job Description:**

  • The Property Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the building/condominium, ensuring that all contract work and routine services are carried out according to their contract agreement.
  • Supervise project work in common areas and schedule testing work with technician personnel for relevant building certificates and license renewal.
  • Manage and maintain all upkeep activities on the site/estate, including receiving and attending to complaints from residents and owners on common property.
  • Prepare for council meetings and general meetings, including management reports and following up on instructions given by the meeting.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Mature and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
