Senior Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • This position involves planning, coordinating and implementing standards development projects under the national standardisation programme.
  • The successful candidate will provide secretariat support to Manufacturing Standards Committees and their supporting Technical Committees and Working Groups.
  • They will engage and coordinate with industry and government organisations to facilitate the development, promotion and review of Singapore standards.
  • The role requires responsible for conducting verification studies to assess user identification and adoption of the standards.
  • Candidates will also be responsible for coordination of international standards development and review.
  • They must manage and ensure timely delivery of all standards development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate standards development projects
  • Provide secretariat support
  • Coordinate with industry and government organisations
  • Conduct verification studies
  • Manage standards development projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' work experience
  • Secretariat experience and background in manufacturing preferred
  • Experience in coordination, organising virtual, hybrid and physical events and meetings
  • Prior experience in project management
  • Preferably with knowledge of statutory requirements
  • Results-oriented and able to execute projects in a team and independently
  • Possess excellent networking, communication and industry engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity tools
