Job Title: Regional EHS Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional EHS Senior Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and handling all EHS matters across the South East Asia region including Australia.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and coordinating EHS initiatives and projects
  • Conducting site inspections and providing guidance to subsidiaries on compliance with local EHS statutory requirements, Company safety standards, and environmental regulations
  • Developing EHS performance metrics and implementing best practices of safe work procedures
  • Conducting EHS training, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in EHS, excellent communication skills, and experience in conducting EHS training, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.

You will also need to have a good understanding of various safety or quality certification programs such as ISO standards and safety and health management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS roles
  • Familiarity with EHS rules and regulations of different countries across SEA region including Australia
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies or related field
  • Related EHS certification is an advantage
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a Regional EHS Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving EHS performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of EHS policies and procedures.
