Key Responsibilities
  • Product Advisory
    • Develop and execute strategies to package and deliver executable ideas to the market, leveraging research, industry intelligence, and client feedback.
    • Drive investment themes and product focus, providing actionable insights to frontline teams and supporting research efforts.
    • Provide solutions for clients' FX requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Educate Client Advisors and team members on FX-related topics, establishing yourself as a recognized authority within the Bank.
  • Product Platform
    • Establish and maintain access to a full range of FX offerings, ensuring seamless client experience.
    • Manage relationships with major counterparties and key market players, fostering strong partnerships.
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies, guaranteeing the integrity of our products.
    • Ensure end-to-end platform readiness and robustness for product sales, minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
    • Manage internal relationships with key enablement partners and stakeholders, driving collaboration and innovation.
    • Ensure all products are accurately reflected in the Bank's books, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
    • Support the development of Management Information Systems (MIS) and post-transaction reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting investment and product performance monitoring.

    • Collaborate with related parties to drive policy enhancements, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales
    • Provide Investment Consultants and Relationship Managers with trading ideas, market information, and sales tools, supporting their efforts to drive revenue growth.
    • Contribute to internal and external publications, sharing your expertise on FX-related topics.
    • Develop marketing materials, effectively communicating the value proposition of our FX products.
    • Making timely, actionable calls in relation to market and books, helping frontline teams manage clients effectively.
  • Project and Process Owner
    • Own, manage, and drive all FX-related projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
    • Work with relevant stakeholders across the organization to coordinate, facilitate discussions, resolve issues, and manage end-to-end processes and life cycles of FX-related products.
    • Focus on robustness, efficiency, control, and compliance, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
    • Manage all related systems and process requirements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure end-to-end platform readiness and robustness for product sales, minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
    Requirements
    • Detailed knowledge of FX analysis and markets, with a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
    • Experience in FX sales, advisory, and managing platforms, with a proven track record of success.
    • End-to-end knowledge of the product cycle, from development to launch and beyond.
    • Understanding of Financial Markets and key investment concepts, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
    • Understanding of portfolio construction and Risk Management concepts, with a focus on minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
    • Some project management experience, with a proven ability to own and drive projects to successful outcomes.
    • Some experience in systems and process engineering/handling, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Some exposure or knowledge in Structured Products, with a deep understanding of their complexities.
    • Legal & Regulatory knowledge, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
    • Strong Mandarin language skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
    • CACS certification, demonstrating a high level of expertise in FX analysis and markets.
