About the Role

This is a technical hands-on role that requires the ability to manage and maintain Trading System operations, with a primary focus on ETS. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting different Trading Systems, managing system changes, migrations, and implementations, as well as providing internal Application Systems support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trading Support
    • Support different Trading Systems such as CQG, ATP, TTNG, etc.
    • Manage system changes, migrations, implementations, etc.
    • Support internal Application Systems such as Global Risk, Middle Office System, Back Office, etc.
    • Dealer Desk Support on complex Trade and Tech issues. This would involve communicating and escalating to vendors.
    • Work on any ad-hoc projects/initiatives related to Trading applications.
    • Ensure completeness with sufficiency of documentation for all support procedures.
  • Internal IT Support
    • Support Office System BCP.
    • Application Process monitoring.
