- Andrew Scotts- Head of Technology & Data - APAC EC1 Partners is working with an independent financial technology firm that provides global trading solutions. They are looking for an experienced Trade Support / Production Engineer to join them in Singapore. The company is growing quickly and has been increasing its market share within the fixed income e-trading world.

Working as a Production Support Engineer you will be responsible for platform and trade enquiries from their institutional APAC customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting and analysis of order routing and trade flow and post trade issues
- Working with the sales and traders daily to assist with any trade platform issues Collaborate with a global support team that works to a
- the sun model
- Track issues within an incident-tracking systems to help identify trends and patterns
- Create and monitor internal reports

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of support experience within the e-trading platform space on either the buy or sell side or platform provider
- Ideally, have a strong understanding of fixed income products and flows or understand trade flows in general
- Good FIX protocol and experience supporting FIX flows
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with external stakeholders and customers
- ITIL foundation qualification is desirable
