About the Role

We are seeking a visionary culinary expert to join our team and contribute to the growth of our brand. As a Senior Culinary Partner, you will have the opportunity to create innovative dining experiences, lead a team, and drive product innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess mastery of at least one cuisine: Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian. Prior kitchen management experience is preferred, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building and growing a brand together.

Responsibilities include developing menus that excite and delight diners, standardizing kitchen processes, leading and training the kitchen team, and contributing to profit-sharing and long-term brand development.

Requirements
  • Mastery of at least one of the following cuisines: Chinese, Vegetarian, Japanese, Western, or Indian.
  • Prior kitchen management experience preferred.
