Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing communication and swallowing disorders in adults. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing education to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will contribute to the organisation's implementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, deliver clinical education, and engage in quality improvement/research activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
  • Provide education to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the organisation's implementation of initiatives and programmes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, or MSc in Speech and Language Pathology (No experience candidate-entry level), or MSc / MA in Speech-Language Pathology (U.S.A) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
  • Valid membership with local professional body/association preferred.
