Job Title: Healthcare Ambassador

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Ambassador. As a key member of our front-line support, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient and visitor experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and orientating visitors and patients at the lobby, assisting with online check-in and self-help kiosks, supporting crowd control and monitoring traffic flow, preventing tailgating and ensuring safety at gantries, conducting basic cleanliness checks in waiting areas and toilets, attending to enquiries and feedback from the public, and performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with patient and visitor interaction, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
