Job Description:
  PCCW SOLUTIONS INSYS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
  As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and efficient service delivery. This involves monitoring daily and overall progress, managing project teams and budgets, and resolving challenges. You will also be responsible for consistent, effective, and cost-worthy delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  
  • Leading IT Infrastructure design, Project Management assignments, Strategy formation assignments, and Procurement advisory assignments for various clients.
  • Led and delivered multiple small to medium-sized development and enhancement of projects
  • Performing project estimation, planning, monitoring, and control for different stages of the project
  • Handling end-to-end service management, process development, and project evaluation in line with business case.
  • Capturing Client's Technology requirements, IT Project Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, Datacenter Operation Management, Vendor Management, IT Procurement.

What We Are Looking For:
  We are looking for someone with a Bachelor Degree or Master in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines, and minimum 8-10 years of experiences in managing & leading a team. A strong experience in IT Infra Operation and Project Management is required. Experience working in Whole of Government (WOG) environment is preferred. Effective interpersonal skills, both written in English and good presentation skills are necessary. Good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential. Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment is a must. Ability to work independently as well as in a team is also required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $150,000 per annum,
  depending on experience.
