Business Development and Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Operations professional to join our team. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily functions, leading teams, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency
  • Monitor and address day-to-day issues, providing solutions and support as needed
  • Effectively manage and resolve elevated customer concerns, negotiating claims and providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare and present performance reports and improvement plans, highlighting key areas of focus and progress
