Supply Chain Coordinator Role

This Supply Chain Coordinator position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of import and export operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating projects to drive business growth.

  • Key responsibilities include performing administrative tasks such as import and export documentation, sales invoices, and purchase orders.
  • They will handle customer orders for air, ocean, customs clearance, and local delivery, ensuring timely and efficient logistics management.
  • Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate and execute projects as instructed, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • They will also process new incoming orders and monitor order status, providing updates to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements for this role include a NITEC/Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

  • Able candidates with freight forwarding experience are highly preferred.
  • Training will be provided to ensure the selected individual excels in this position.
