Job Description

We're on a mission to enable every company to be a sustainability leader. Our team uses AI agents and satellite intelligence to transform the way companies execute their sustainability and compliance programs.

As our Sustainability Manager, you'll work at the intersection of AI and sustainability. You'll anchor critical engagement with our clients (global brands), helping them secure their supply chains with our platform.

You'll build new solutions and features alongside our technology team, integrating your sustainability expertise with tech. You'll be immersed in the latest in tech, software, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy our platform in client organizations and supply chains: onboarding, training, ad-hoc sustainability analytics
  • Support business engagement: working cross-functionality with business and tech teams to support engagement of new clients
  • Develop new features and products: working closely with the engineering team to bring tech and AI solutions to sustainability challenges
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Earth Sciences, or a related field
  • 2+ to 5 years of working experience in broad-based but practical sustainability roles
  • Experience with any programming language is a plus; experience in GIS is also a plus
  • Strong and confident communication skills: speaking directly and independently to senior managers of the companies we engage
