As a dedicated and compassionate Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our seniors.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional who can provide exceptional nursing leadership and support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational standards, ensuring the delivery of optimal nursing care, and providing orientation and guidance to new staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performs entry assessment and organises daily nursing assessment for seniors
  • Leads in response to emergencies and performs first aid when necessary
  • Complies with the Nursebuddy system requirements in care and documentation
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to seniors and families
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the eldercare/dementia care field is preferred
  • A valid SNB (RN) License
  • Patient passion, patience and compassion in serving elderly seniors
