Care Professional for Seniors

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with seniors, providing essential care and support in their daily lives.
- Deliver high-quality care services, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Create a safe, organized, and clean living environment, promoting residents' independence and dignity.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS THROUGH REGULAR INTERACTIONS AND OPEN COMMUNICATION.
- Identify and escalate any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
- Plan and facilitate recreational programs tailored to seniors' interests, including those with dementia and mental health conditions.
- Supervise and engage residents in activities, encouraging participation and socialization.
- Monitor and record residents' progress, compiling data to inform care decisions and quality improvements.
- Perform range of motion exercises and mobility training to enhance residents' physical well-being.
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
- Administer medication and eye drops, apply topical treatments, and monitor vital signs as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
