Job Title:
Lead Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products are baked according to standard, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) are baked according to standard.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering stocks for the outlet.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment, including the oven section, topping section, and table section.
  • Supervise staff members, providing feedback and coaching on product quality and performance.
  • Conduct QSC (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness) checks to ensure high standards are met.
