Lead a Team of Educators

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to head our preschool team.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive the growth and development of our Centre.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous learning among our educators.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Implement initiatives to promote collaboration and mentoring among our educators.

    • Review and enhance our Centre's manpower plans to ensure optimal performance.

    • Drive capability development and coaching initiatives to support our educators' growth.

  2. Operational Management:

    • Improve systems, processes, and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Develop strategies to address challenges and manage resources effectively.

  3. Program and Service Excellence:

    • Establish strategic priorities and governance to drive excellence in our programs.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and drive Centre initiatives to improve quality.

  4. Curriculum and Program Implementation:

    • Enhance teaching and learning approaches to meet the needs of our children.

    • Align engagement strategies with our Centre's policies and values.

    • Advocate for high standards in health, safety, and hygiene.

  5. Stakeholder and Partnership Building:

    • Design and lead partnerships with families and community stakeholders to support our Centre's goals.

    • Promote professionalism and collaboration among our educators and partners.

  6. Professional Practice Development:

    • Drive professional development, training, and service quality improvements to support our educators' growth.

    • Foster a mentoring culture to align with our Centre's vision and values.

  7. Challenges:

    • Manage parents' and guardians' expectations to ensure a positive experience for all.

    • Maintain or increase enrolment to support our Centre's growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education and Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognized by ECDA.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing preschool Centres.

  • Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
