Education Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Education Director to lead our pre-school center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the school's curriculum, managing teaching staff, communicating with parents, and handling administrative tasks.

  • Effective management of daily operations according to school policies and quality standards.
  • Motivating teaching staff to develop and deliver a holistic bilingual curriculum.
  • Buidling strong relationships with parents and handling administrative tasks to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the implementation of the school's curriculum and ensure its successful delivery.
  • To manage, motivate, and support teaching staff in their roles and responsibilities.
  • To communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
  • To handle all administrative tasks related to the center's operation and maintenance of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a center supervisor in a pre-school or childcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage people effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills to effectively use software and tools for administrative tasks.
