Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Market Access strategist to join our team as a Global Market Access Strategist for Oncology in Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies that optimize pricing, reimbursement, and access for AbbVie's oncology portfolio in the region.

  • Develop and implement market access strategies that maximize revenue growth and improve patient access to AbbVie's oncology products in Asia.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and regulatory, to ensure alignment on market access goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for strategic growth and optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market access strategy and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market access best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in market access and experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. You should also possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market access principles and practices, as well as experience in developing and implementing market access strategies that drive revenue growth and improve patient outcomes. You should also be able to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as pharmacy, economics, or life sciences) and at least 5 years of experience in market access or a related field. An advanced degree (such as an MBA or MS) is highly desirable.
