Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Global Portfolio Marketing Strategist to drive profitable growth in Component Packaging Materials. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global portfolio strategy, leading data-driven marketing initiatives, and collaborating with leadership teams to define product and segment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Strategy Development: Create and implement a global portfolio strategy to drive profitable growth in Component Packaging Materials.
  • Innovative Marketing Programs: Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to boost sales, profitability, and market penetration.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work with leadership teams to define product and segment strategies, enhance customer engagement, and align demand/supply.
  • Industry Insights: Support projects by integrating customer feedback and industry insights to expand market relevance and competitive positioning.
  • NPI Program Ownership: Manage global New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring successful and timely product launches.
  • High-Impact Marketing Assets: Create marketing materials, oversee product launches, and design campaigns aligned with growth targets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership on NPI programs, guiding them from ideation to launch.
  • Next-Generation Concepts: Develop market-relevant, business-driven concepts for growth acceleration.
  • Global Insights and Analysis: Collect and analyze customer and market data to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: Completed and verified prior to start.
  • Experience: Five years in the semiconductor industry, specifically within the semiconductor backend assembly and testing component materials segment.
  • Leadership Experience: One year of leadership experience in product marketing, global business management, or cross-functional team collaboration, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • MBA: With a concentration in marketing, strategy, or a related field.
    • 5+ Years of Experience: In a global product marketing role focused on materials within the semiconductor backend assembly and test industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive accelerated growth.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and alignment.
    • In-depth Knowledge: Of semiconductor advanced packaging and packaging integrated processes, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities.
    • Proven Experience: In developing global strategic and marketing plans, managing strategic initiatives, and driving business growth.
    • Demonstrated Success: In launching and commercializing new products, with a track record of achieving rapid market adoption and growth.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct independent market research, influence within a matrix organization, and apply analytical and statistical tools effectively to drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Market Trend Understanding: Ability to understand and anticipate market trends and customer needs; strong business and financial acumen; effective facilitation, communication, and teaching skills to drive strategic initiatives.
    • Results-Oriented Self-Starter: Results-oriented self-starter and self-directed leader with high energy and passion; strategic thinker with a bias for action and a commitment to problem-solving with an innovative mindset; a collaborative team player who acts with urgency to drive accelerated growth.
    • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

  • Work Your Way Eligible: Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid.
  • No Relocation Required: This position does not require relocation. Employees from any of the following target locations may apply: Taiwan, Singapore.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience. Note: The salary range provided is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
