Production Planning Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and scheduling process to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Schedule production and manage work orders across multiple departments.
- Plan label materials and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain label inventory, operate printers, and manage consumables.
- Supervise worker attendance, discipline, and leave management.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock counts.
- Serve as the primary contact for government inspections and provide required documentation.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management or related fields. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations is also required.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
