Job Overview:
">This role is a high-level legal position responsible for supporting and performing related duties as assigned by the General Counsel.
">About the Role:
">- Provide day-to-day legal support to business operations and internal teams.
- Assist in the identification, management and mitigation of legal risks.
- Draft, review and manage contracts, templates and internal legal documents.
- Assist in the delivery of in-house training on legal and compliance topics.
- Support the management of intellectual property portfolio.
- Contribute to enhancement of legal resources including development of policies, procedures, templates and checklists (where applicable).
- Assist in handling data privacy related issues.
- Manage and coordinate with external counsel as and when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Admission to the Bar or equivalent legal accreditation.
- At least three years of post-qualification legal experience in either private practice, in-house counsel positions, or a combination thereof.
- Strong administrative, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment while consistently meeting critical deadlines.
- The ability to work proactively and independently while effectively managing multiple concurrent priorities.
