Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead infrastructure design and implementation. As an Infrastructure Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting Group IT's Infrastructure Services team.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Services, this position focuses on technical solutioning, platform alignment, and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge across infrastructure domains and experience with Microsoft Azure and security controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Support infrastructure solutioning for new property developments and hotel openings.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and presenting solution options to business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of infrastructure solution standards and documentation.
  • Provide input on infrastructure product selection and architecture.
  • Support integration between infrastructure systems and business applications.
  • Serve as a technical resource for hospitality infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and third-party vendors.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Assist in administering infrastructure systems.
  • Support resolution of escalated infrastructure issues.
  • Participate in system health and performance reviews.
  • Engage with Technology Risk and Infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure outsourced partners adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to procurement activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Solid technical knowledge across infrastructure domains.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and security controls.
