Infrastructure Design Specialist Role

At our organization, we seek a skilled Infrastructure Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating detailed plans and technical drawings for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

  • Develop accurate technical drawings and detailed plans for infrastructure and civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, earthworks, and utilities.
  • Analyze engineering specifications and sketches for drafting purposes.
  • Assist in updating drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize drawing records and revision logs.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with local standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM or Civil 3D is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with local civil engineering and construction practices.
  • Attention to detail, with good communication and coordination skills.
