Role Overview

This role involves performing in-depth customer reviews to ensure documentation aligns with local regulations and company standards.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled customer reviews for varied risk classes
  • Monitoring and tracking customer records, assisting with the development and execution of action plans for expiring records, and ensuring records are up-to-date
  • Determining if accounts require additional due diligence
  • Validating customer information, including address, employment, and connectivity to high-risk individuals
  • Collaborating with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence processes are carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably
  • Experience in anti-money laundering (AML) procedures
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in Mandarin or Cantonese, can be an advantage for liaising with international offices
