About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Planning Coordinator to join our team at Seatrium Ltd.

  • To coordinate and validate schedules with cross-functional team members and third-party schedulers to update any changes to the master schedule.
  • Provide progress reporting, developing/updating progress curves, documents, and briefing materials as required to assess project progress and measurement.
  • Identify and address schedule slippage/variances promptly and provide support to other project management team members as required.
  • Maintain simplified logic schedules, implementing critical float path analysis to determine problem areas and alert the project team to critical scheduling issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in offshore construction planning, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand technical construction programs.
