Project Execution Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Execution Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing capital projects and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of project engineers and designers to deliver capital projects successfully.
- Plan and facilitate annual physical condition assessments for plant and facilities, and develop action plans with stakeholders.
- Develop the Site Facility Investment Plan (FIP) based on plant and facilities condition assessments and site strategies.
- Lead and facilitate key forums such as the Pre-Growth Forum, Growth Forum, and Project Compliance Forum to seek endorsement on project proposals and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with project managers from various functions to develop and approve project documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' engineering experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience managing projects worth over £20 million.
- Strong understanding of industrial standards, equipment, systems, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of best engineering practices, GMP, and EHS requirements.
