About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Solution Consultant. In this role, you will partner with sales teams to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial qualification to successful client onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical expertise and drive business growth.
  • Identify and Address Technical Requirements: Engage with clients to uncover their technical needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer requests for information and provide detailed technical insights and recommendations on proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3+ years experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar at a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in REST APIs, drafting technical charts/documentations, and using developer tools.
  • Financial services technology and/or Blockchain technology knowledge preferred.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
