Job Overview


A Consulting Director is required to drive strategic initiatives and deliver innovative solutions for clients in the Cards and Payments domain. With a flexible work arrangement, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of consulting projects to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee the analysis of client requirements and design tailored solutions that enhance payment systems and processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in the Cards and Payments industry to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with existing systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payment processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring long-term partnership success.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality consulting services on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on payment solutions and industry developments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all consulting engagements.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
