Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen teams. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food production while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of at least 5 kitchen outlets, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the kitchen team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all outlets and ensure food freshness and expiration dates are met.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items on a quarterly basis and maintain weekly menu planning.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and identify hazards in the kitchen or equipment.
  • Order food ingredients and manage inventory levels.

 

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Chinese or Thai cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work weekends and lead by example in maintaining high food standards.
