We are seeking an experienced Executive Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Develop and implement micro-marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and local markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
- Plan, organize, and execute events to promote retail banking products and services.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.
- Ensure events are executed within budget and achieve desired outcomes.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-branch promotions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve marketing efforts.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, and in-person events.
- Diploma in Marketing or Events-related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing and events.
- Role Specific Technical Competencies: Excel.
