Job Description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring ground situations, coordinating trolley and taxi operations, and providing administrative support to management.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor and update real-time ground situations at key touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and support overall trolley, taxi and porter operations.
  • Act as coordinator between Duty Manager and Terminal Manager during extraordinary operations matters.
  • Assist with incident/accident investigation by extracting CCTV footages.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to Ops Manager when required.
  • Alert duty Supervisor on key events.

Trolley Operations: Your tasks will include:

  • Monitoring supply and demand using associated systems.
  • Performing routine checks as stipulated in SOPs.
  • Activating Ops Supervisor for replenishment or clearing of unused trolleys.
  • Providing regular updates to CAG on real-time trolley levels.
  • Reporting incidents related to trolley operations.

Taxi Operations: You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring supply and demand using associated systems.
  • Activating taxi supply when necessary.
  • Ensuring terminal workstations and TMS area functioning.
  • Observing and reporting passenger queue status.
  • Planning for taxi supplies and administering coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in quality/operations functions.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholders in TMC.
  • Adaptability to change and a good team player.
  • Microsoft proficiency.
  • The ability to work on shift duty.
  • The ability to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
