We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric sales professional to join our Oracle Cloud sales team. As a Cloud Technology Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by helping Enterprise customers achieve their goals through the adoption of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with IT and business decision-makers using industry-specific language.
  • Deliver high-quality interactions on a weekly basis to create and mature qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Win new business opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and forecasted opportunities in our Customer Connect system.
  • Develop proactive relationships and collaborate with extended Tech Cloud teams (Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Consultants, Customer Success Team, etc.).
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that provides comprehensive territory and sector-specific coverage.
  • Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories.
  • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
  • Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

  • A strong believer in the Cloud model and customer success centric approach.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a volume and value-oriented environment.
  • A willingness to learn and constantly look for self-development opportunities.
  • Experience in software sales, including Cloud Service experience, is an advantage.
  • A proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services.
  • Experience selling public and private cloud, business analytics, big data, SOA would be an advantage.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure products and Exadata Cloud at Customer is preferred but not essential.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A team player and self-motivated individual.

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Based on location, experience, and performance, this salary range is estimated to be around $140,000 per year.
