About our Client
We are representing a dynamic and forward-thinking telecommunications company offering a suite of managed services and advanced cloud solutions to fill the role as Technical Sales Professional - IT based in Singapore.
Job Summary:
- Work closely with the Management and Engineering teams to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions to customers.
- Solution Development & Presentation: Design, customize, and present tailored managed services and AWS Cloud voice solutions based on client needs and technical requirements.
- Achieve Sales Target: Drive efforts to meet and exceed established sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
- Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing in-depth knowledge of telecommunications, cloud voice solutions, and managed services.
- Proposal Development: Assist in crafting proposals and RFPs, ensuring technical requirements are met and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demonstrations of cloud and managed service solutions, ensuring clients understand both the benefits and technical details.
- Market & Technology Insight: Stay current on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies within telecommunications, AWS Cloud, and managed services.
- CRM and Contract Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and monitor account progress. Oversee contract management to ensure compliance, renewals, and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering with relevant certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+), cloud solutions (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), or telecommunications.
- Min 1 year of sales experience (B2B) preferably in telecommunications, managed services, and cloud solutions.
- Must have a strong foundation in IT, network technologies, and cloud technologies (especially AWS Cloud voice).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Benefits:
- Competitive remuneration package consisting of basic salary, attractive recurring commission, and 13 months' payment.
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm).
- Must be willing to work in Singapore (near MRT).
