Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our team at HR Focus. As an Accounts Associate, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including invoice verification, payment processing, and journal preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Verification: Verify invoices from respective departments and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Journal Preparation: Assist in preparing journals for month-end accounts closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Creditor's Statement: Handle monthly creditor's statements and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management, including basic accounting tasks and administrative support.
Requirements
  • Education: Nitec or Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration with accounting internship experience.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in using IT systems and able to read Chinese documents.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required.
  • Salary: $2300 to $3200 per month.
  • Work Location: Jurong East or Ubi.
