Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with business leaders to create and deliver an analytics roadmap, focusing on high-impact projects within set timelines.
  • Promote best practices and mentor the team to maintain strong data governance and insights delivery.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and business performance to support regional growth.
  • Monitor key business metrics, identifying and addressing critical issues.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects and teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills are a must, with proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, BigQuery, Hive) and strong statistical knowledge.
  • Expertise in product analytics, CRM analytics, business data analytics, and market data analytics.
