About the Role:- Supervise a small team and coordinate daily payroll operations
- Perform regular and off-cycle payroll runs, guaranteeing timeliness, accuracy, and completeness for all processing
- Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving errors and addressing inquiries
- Prepare and review monthly payroll journals
- Review transactions related to increments, promotions, and contract renewals performed by the team
- Manage outstanding receivables from former employees in collaboration with the HR Division
- Support the Assistant Manager Payroll in annual IR8E exercises, LCP upgrades, and DR testing
- Undertake additional projects or tasks as assigned by management
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or Business
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll teams within large SMEs or MNCs
- Proven expertise in using SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
