Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Support Specialist to join our team at BEST WORLD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, while also managing our database and coordinating website and mobile app updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to online queries and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Utilize system databases to execute routine membership-related tasks and generate monthly membership and sales reports.
- Coordinate website and mobile app updates to ensure seamless user experience.
- Conduct site testing, including User Acceptance Testing, to evaluate functionality and user experience.
- Assist in the creation and coordination of content for marketing materials.
- Manage database filtering reports to provide insights for marketing campaigns and activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Communications, or related fields.
- One year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
- Bilingual in both Chinese and English.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
