Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of recruitment-related events. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills.

  • Plan, Organize, and Coordinate Recruitment Events: including job fairs and corporate event activations.
  • Liaise with Employers and Stakeholders: venue providers, training institutes, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate Marketing Materials: graphics, artwork, job listings, and employer details.
  • Assign Duties and Manage Event Logistics: venue booking, booth setup, AV equipment, signage, and print materials.
  • Manage Event Documentation: collect feedback, prepare post-event reports.

Key Requirements

  • Nitec or Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably in recruitment, education, or corporate events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in job fairs or employment-related projects.
  • Familiarity with corporate event management practices.
