Membership Operations Leader

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Membership department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily Membership Operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Membership sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and achieve results.
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Membership or Customer Service operations.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
