**Audit Leader Role Overview**">

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Partner to spearhead our assurance practices and drive business growth. As an Audit Partner, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the audit process.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality audits that meet the needs of our clients. This includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective audit strategies, leveraging your expertise in auditing, accounting, and risk management.

You will also play a key role in building relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement effective audit strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Lead and mentor teams to ensure high-quality audits and continuous professional development.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new audit procedures and tools.

**Requirements:**

  • Must possess a Practice Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with the relevant authorities.
  • Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation and be a member of a reputable accounting association.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in audit leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
