Job Description:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurants, ensuring that all aspects of store operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing store inventory and supplies
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Leading and motivating a team of restaurant staff
Requirements:

To be successful as a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will need:

  • Barista or bartender training is a plus
