">In addition to customer outreach, this position requires ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines.
">This representative will also focus on cross-selling other relevant financial solutions to enhance overall business growth.
">Key Qualifications:
">- Repricing and Customer Communication Skills: Ability to confidently articulate the value proposition of our repricing package to customers.
- Compliance and Documentation: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for property financing and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Cross-Selling and Business Development: Capacity to identify and promote additional revenue-generating opportunities to customers.
