Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Coordinator to support our Construction Site Supervisor in overseeing daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing and Overseeing Work: Assist in directing and overseeing the work of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Task Allocation: Help allocate tasks based on the daily work plan, prioritizing projects and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Work Progress Monitoring: Monitor work progress and quality, verifying that it aligns with project specifications and drawings.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report progress updates and any delays to the Site Supervisor, maintaining open communication channels throughout the project.
  • Daily Site Reports: Maintain detailed daily site reports, including worker attendance (timesheets), work completed, materials delivered/used, equipment on site, photos of progress and issues, and weather conditions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
