About the Position

The Assistant Director, Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hotel's marketing strategy to drive business results. The successful candidate will lead the marketing team and be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Create and manage all marketing materials, including menus, brochures, guest communications, advertising, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing plans and promotions.
  • Manage the marketing efforts to optimize ROI and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
