About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team at Grab. As a key member of our People Rewards & Org Planning team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our businesses and operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices for workforce planning to ensure the right number of employees, in the right place, at the right time.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of demand and supply of resources to inform accurate planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand specific business challenges and recommend efficient resourcing plans.
  • Manage and analyze productivity trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Human Resource Management, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conduct numerical analyses and build financial models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people and departments.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite's productivity and collaboration tools, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
